Situated on the South West coast path, rail link bus route 301 & only a 10 minute walk to the local beach & village of Combe Martin where you will find a great selection of shops, cafes & pub restaurants. The coastal harbour town of Ilfracombe if just a 10 minute direct drive away or a 2-3 hour walk on the SWCP. Here you will find a traditional fishing harbour, beaches, visitor attractions and many shops, pubs and restaurants.

Combe Martin is probably the best beach in North Devon to kayak and paddleboard. With the calm waters of the bay its easy even for beginners and offers the perfect mode of transport for exploring the coastline and all its secret caves and coves some of which cannot be reached on foot.

If surfing is your thing then the famous beaches of Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde are just a 20 minuite drive away. North Devon has become the 12th location from around the globe to be selected as a World Surfing Reserve, an international designation that recognises and celebrates the area’s outstanding quality surfing beaches and brings together the local community and experts in actions to protect them.
