OUR ROOMS
There are three clean, comfortable and stylish guest rooms for you to choose from each show casing lovingly restored original features, luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen & tea making facilities. Additionally all of our guest rooms have smart TV's with internet access, wifi, bedside USB charging and shaver socket.
Guest rooms are located on the first floor and include;
Our luxury super-king room with en-suite bath and shower room featuring rear and side garden views and a private balcony with sea and Exmoor views.
Our superior king room featuring a personal 1930's style vanity basin with sea and Exmoor views.
Our standard double bedroom featuring a personal 1930's style vanity basin with rear garden and woodland views.
Both the superior and standard bedrooms share a luxury family bathroom located on the same floor with a free standing bath and large walk in shower. This bathrooms is cleaned daily and checked regularly to maintain exacting standards. There is also a downstairs cloak room for guest use. Also accessible on this floor is a small balcony for all guests to be able to enjoy the spectacular views at the front of the house.

LOCAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8am-10am and is included with your stay.

Our plentiful local continental buffet breakfast offers high quality products including lots of locally made, locally sourced produce for you to try. Breakfast is served in the kitchen and the lounge with most tables taking advantage of the spectacular views over the Bristol channel where on a clear day you will be able to see the south coast of Wales and Swansea.
Breakfast includes freshly baked pastries, boiled eggs cooked to your preference, toast and local preserves, granola, muesli and other cereals, locally made cheese and locally produced ham, yogurt, fruit salad and fruit compote, fresh fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffee.
Please let us know in advance should you have any special dietary needs and we will do everything we can to cater for them.
MEET THE TEAM
I'm lucky enough to live right here in this beautiful part of the world with my two British shorthair silver tabby cats and we have been running the guesthouse together since 2021. I would be delighted for you to join me and I will do my best to guide you around the area in a way that best suits you.

If you are allergic to cats or just don't like them very much (I wont tell) then this place might not be for you however please note that the cats are not allowed in the guestrooms and will not be present during breakfast service. I take great care to keep the accommodation exceptionally clean and the two cats although very friendly and love a fuss will not bother you if you don't want them to. It is because I have cats that unfortunately dogs are not allowed at the property.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with added bonuses of tea and biscuits! Caroline is very friendly and provides a wonderful, plentiful breakfast. Caroline gives lots of recommendations for walks and villages. The house is in a great location to visit nearby beaches, walks and villages. We loved fussing over her two lovely cats too.

Would highly recommend Caroline’s bnb. After a long hike, it was the perfect place to freshen up and lounge about in the extremely comfortable king size bed, before walking just a stone’s throw away to one of the recommended village pubs. Everything felt fresh and clean which made it really easy to properly relax and catch up on some kip. Not only was Caroline a great host, her house is beautifully decorated which adds to the experience. I think you’d have a great stay here in any season. Thank you.

This guest house is an actual slice of heaven! I am not exaggerating when I say I did not want to leave! A beautiful home with beautiful views - the balcony was so lovely to sit on in the evening and watch the boats on the water until it got dark. The bed was super comfy, the tea and coffee and biscuits were all very lovely! Breakfast was delicious - so much choice, so fresh, and a lovely chat with Caroline too who gave us tips about the local area. We were only there for a night and wish we could have stayed longer. This was a last minute booking for a wedding and we were so happy with our stay. The place was immaculate, everything beautifully laid out and so many cute, personal touches in the room and bathroom. Caroline was so helpful giving us clear directions to get to the wedding we were heading to and looking at her local recommendations she really knows the area well. Breakfast was perfect! Lots of choice and all delicious, and often local foods. I can’t not mention her beautiful cats, the perfect feline friends to make the stay feel so homely. We had a great time and would happily stay again.

Caroline is a fantastic host, and her B&B is beautifully presented. Our group booked all the rooms and they are all bright, clean, and the beds are super comfortable.
